Business Analyst to become an integral part of the group's increased focus within the product development area.Operating within a division that is responsible for the development and delivery of online marketing solutions and associated technology platforms.

Ideal Candidate
Degree qualified or equivalent, 3 years Business Analyst experience in an enterprise environment, Minimum 5 years total IT experience. ¬The ideal candidate is likely to be an experienced manager from a retail or marketing agency background with some project management experience, as they are more likely to have the required mix of software development skills, Website/ front end user experience and crucially end user experience as well (rather than internal change experience.) The primary requirement of the role is to engage with users, drawing out and precisely documenting functional requirements for new commercially viable software applications, or modifications to existing systems ¬Demonstrable experience in Agile (scrum), wire frames process class and data modelling is required, so you will be required show you have worked in an agile environment and therefore had exposure to it (rather than just read about it, ) and this will need to be evident throughout your CV. Experience as a BA in the development of online applications for clients would be very beneficial. You will also be expected to own functional requirements of products and work with Technical Managers & Project Managers to ensure successful delivery. You will need excellent communication skills, be able to mentor other junior team members and have good enterprise wide technical knowledge. A willingness to travel world-wide on occasion.
